Purpose/Goal: Reduce incidences of soccer coaching decisions that are inconsistent and/or misaligned with the club coaching code of conduct, policies/procedures, and coaching expectations by 90%.

Role: Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer & Project Manager

Tools: Storyline 360 & PowerPoint

Challenges/Barriers: Under ideal circumstances, the training content involved in this project would be broken into three separate modules of 15-20 minutes each. Evaluation: Learner reaction survey, coaching directors questionnaire, data analysis of compliance incidences after the completion of soccer season in Fall 2023.
